The vision of PA is inspired by the words and work of Nehemiah in the Bible. Nehemiah’s work with the people of his country to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem, to rebuild the people's lives and to restore spiritual, social and political order in his country truly reflects our need and philosophy of work in Africa. As he did, we at Possibilities Africa believe that;

• Everyone has a role to play in making society better and solving the problems that face the people.
• Foreign partnerships help provide support to complement the material, monetary, moral, professional and technical support.
• Local Africans have the primary responsibility to use their time, talent, resources to make their homeland better.
• Local leadership has the challenge for providing just and fair leadership and the people should expect it.
• Christian commitment is essential for renewing communities and building justice in society.

Possibilities Africa seeks to follow these lessons to help Africa change and develop.
